Keywords: Railway locomotive, Demand analysis model, Transport organization, Linear regression model
Abstract: Locomotive is one type of transport carrier, however, its procurement still has some problems, leading to high locomotive idle rate and low utilization rate. In other words, we now do not have a scientific demand evaluation system for locomotive procurement. In this article, the author first analyzes how different locomotive types are related to passenger and freight transport volume, their running speed, and transport time, and then gets the demand prediction formulae for passenger trains, freight trains, locomotives, and China Railway High Speed (CRH) respectively. Then the author uses the data from 1978 to 2012 to build unary and binary linear regression models for locomotives and improves the model for evaluating the procurement size of locomotives, hoping this research achievement can be an important reference for China Railway Corporation, road bureaus and companies during their decision-making for locomotive procurement.

Keywords: Coal price, Price forming mechanism, Effect factors
Abstract: For a long time, coal occupies a large proportion in China’s primary energy consumption structure, the problems in formation of coal price result in a drastic fluctuation of coal price in recent years. Since the second half of 2006, China has adopted a series of coal price marketization reform measures, but with little success. The fundamental reason is that the coal price forming mechanism is unreasonable, mainly in the unsound mechanism of coal supply and demand, unreasonable coal prices and incomplete price forming mechanism. Therefore, we should construct a reasonable coal price forming mechanism on the basis of clear objectives and principles of reforming and improving the coal price forming mechanism, so as to promote the development of the domestic coal market.

3.Empirical Analysis of Factors Influencing Employment in China—Based on the Analysis of Johansen Co-integration Model and Error Correction Model

Keywords: Employment, Johansen co-integration model, Error correction model
Abstract: Based on the expanded Solow model, this article studied the factors having an influence on the employment in China. With the explanatory variables of gross domestic product, urbanization rate, the level of household consumption, total fixed asset investment, the added value of the tertiary industry, this article did an empirical research with time series analysis model. Through the analysis of Johansen co-integration relationship model and error correction model, this paper tested the influence of these factors in both long run and short run.

4.Study on Safety Warning Model in the Construction of the Existing Line Electrification Project Using Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

Keywords: Existing railway line electrification project, Safety factor, Safety warning model
Abstract: Nowadays, the electrified railway is popular, and the demand of electrification renovation of the existing railway line is increasing. In order to improve the security of railway electrification construction, the research established a safety warning model of the existing line electrification by using AHP and fuzzy evaluation method, which based on analyzing the safety factors. Through the output of warning signal, it can help us make early countermeasures and improve safety level in production.

5.Analysis of the Model of Tourism Life Cycle From the Perspective of Production Investment

Keywords: Tourism product life cycle (TPLC), Tourism area life cycle (TALC), Fixed cost of tourism investment, Variable cost of tourism investment, Price of tourism product
Abstract: After Butler (1980) put forward the hypothesis of tourism destination life cycle theory, there has been the wide divergence of survey research about it. Most scholars only study from the perspective of demand change to illustrate the evolution of the tourism destination life cycle. Based on the production investment and demand perspective, the article established and explained the tourism product life cycle and tourist destination life cycle model completely. This paper holds that the developmental stage of tourism product life cycle is determined by the relationship between its investments and is the number of tourist reception. It includes the construction of infrastructure and competitive rides, and puts forward the main factors affecting each stage of evolution. At the same time, the tourism destination life cycle is composed of several superposition of tourism product life cycle, and analyzes several forms of tourism destination life cycle. The article also expounds the significance of the model.

6.Application of Production Planning and Control Method in Manufacturing Enterprise

Abstract: In the trend of global economic integration, the market competition becomes more intense. Many manufacturing companies have applied production planning and control theory to deal with this environment. This paper discusses the application of production planning and control theory on piston workshop in the King Kong Group. And it worked out a master production scheduling and material requirements planning, and reduced the unnecessary hours waste, avoided downtime and the phenomenon of waiting, so that the efficiency has improved significantly.

7.An Empirical Study of the Effectiveness of Internal Control and Influencing Factors

Abstract: Internal control in the enterprise has always attracted considerable interest in recent years. Throughout the relevant domestic internal control research literature, most of them outstanding performance on formal research methods, internal control effectiveness of the all-round, and research the subject and content hollowing out. In China, the “18 guidelines” about internal control is bound to bring new internal and external environment for the implementation of internal control in 2010. In this paper, the factors affecting the effectiveness of internal controls are analyzed deeply using the data from listed companies in the new environment, so that companies could understand and implement the internal control better.

Keywords: Testing, Testing organizations, International competitiveness, Classification-based reform
Abstract: A systematic reform strategy for the state-owned testing institutions is proposed based on the comparative analysis of competitive advantages and disadvantages between state-owned testing agencies and foreign testing organizations. First, the state-owned testing organizations are classified as non-profit and market-oriented. Then, the main function, funding, objectives and strategies are defined for the state-owned nonprofit testing organizations. Where the main function should be focused on basic research and public services on inspection and testing, or administrative acts supporting the government's quality supervision; the funding should be allocated entirely from the public financial agencies; the core objective should be set to strengthening its public service orientation, and main strategies are to improve its professions and authorities continuously. Finally, for the state-owned operational testing organizations, its main function is to provide quality signal to the market and government as the third-party, its core objective is to become bigger and stronger, its main strategy is to stick to the path of grouping, integration and internationalization, enhancing constantly its international competitiveness through fair, impartial, accurate and efficient testing service.
