Abstract: Wenchuan earthquake caused great damage to Sichuan Province, the post-disaster reconstruction faced tremendous financial pressure. Taking Guangyuan as an example, through investigating the construction financing source of non-business public building, analysing the conditions of BT financing model which was used to the non-business public building construction, and then put forward that after the three years rebuilding period, the non-business public building construction could adopt BT financing mode. Drawing the diagram of non-profit public buildings BT project financing mode, and analysing the advantages and disadvantages of BT financing mode which was used to the non-profit public building, and got that BT financing model used to the non-business public building could alleviate the government post-disaster reconstruction pressure, and the project investors could also obtain good returns.

Abstract: The data quality of wrapped phase play a very important role in phase unwrapping. The traditional filtering algorithms change jagged shapes of discrete phase point position. A novel filtering method based on trigonometric functions, intensity modulation and phase derivative variance is proposed in this paper, which can effectively filter noise of the wrapped phase data. Experimental results show that the algorithm can not only effectively filter the noise in wrapped phase data, but also to maintain value and position at the jumps in the wrapped phase.

Abstract: In the thesis, a temperature field calculation model, based on the heat transfer and fluid mechanics theory, is established considering the convective heat and heat conduction porous brick. Using the finite element simulation software, we have a numerical simulation about the heat transfer characteristics of three semi-ellipses of porous brick, T, crisscross and shaft type, which is made of three materials concrete, fly ash and clay. From the numerical simulation we have got the heat transfer processes of the porous brick that made in the different semi-ellipse and made of different materials. And the change rule of temperature field in different time is given. It also analyzes the influence on the performance of the heat conduction by the material and structure of the porous brick semi-ellipse, and gives the corresponding relationship curves.

Abstract: The tradition theory of reliability explains that there are only two working modes as "safety" and "failure" in the engineering structure. In fact, there exists a three-stage working mode as "safety, intermediate and failure state" in the engineering structure. Based on the analysis of reliability vector model of anti-seismic frame structure, the author combines "three-stage working mode" of structure and "three-level fortification criterion" of anti-seismic design code to establish a reliability vector of anti-seismic multi-storey frame structure. The computational method of reliability vector with multi-storey frame structure with the intermediate state is established by taking advantage of the feature that the probability distribution of bottom shear and story shear of structure in 50 years of design reference period is type II extreme value. The reliability vector of frame structure is consist of the safety probability , the intermediate probability and the failure probability of frame structure under seismic load, all of which are calculated by analyzing concrete examples and they provide theory basis for the analysis on anti-seismic multi-storey frame structure.

Abstract: The application of liquefied natural gas in our country kept fast growth year by year, while the use of cold energy of LNG has the vital significance to save energy, lower energy consumption and reduce pollutants discharge. Cold energy of LNG not only has feature of the high density but also of extensiveness of temperature distribution. This article unifies lots of domestic and foreign material to start with the purpose and significance of cold energy of LNG summarizes the current usability and features of cold energy of LNG. According to the thermodynamics, this article forwards the concept and computational method of evaluation the cold energy of LNG, summarizes the methods and strategies of comprehensive utilization of cold energy of LNG, and also from four aspects of using precautions of cold energy of LNG including the temperature limits, dosage limits factory location, and security restrictions. Finally, the prospects using of cold energy of LNG in our country were analyzed and predicted.

This paper built a mathematical model of optimization design of I shape beam, author analyzed an example of I shape beam using ANSYS, gained the result of optimization, and put forward some advices of the design about a beam with twin axis symmetrical I shape section.

The Steel Structure Design Codes (GB50017-2003) is used in China, while the latest Specification for Structural Steel Buildings (ANSI / AISC 360-05) is used in the United States. In this article, requirements on the fillet weld connections in these two specifications are compared to find out the differences.

Abstract: Ultrahigh pressure elbow is a key part of ultrahigh pressure pipeline, because of the processing modeling complexity of ultrahigh pressure elbow, there are some cracks on the surface of inside wall of ultrahigh pressure elbow, so under the effect of internal pressure, the stress field was very complex, Finite element analysis software was used to analyzed ultrahigh pressure elbow with semi- elliptical cracks, the stress distribution near the cracks was gained, and mainly studied the stress intensity factor of ultrahigh pressure elbow with semi- elliptical cracks and analyzed the effect factor, the result showed that the major effect factors on the stress intensity factors of ultrahigh pressure elbow are inside diameter and outside diameter ratio, the dimension of crack, crack angle, and the depth of crack and thickness ratio, and effect on the stress intensity factors of Ro/Ri was maximal, in engineering should be emphatically to consider the impact.

Abstract: The horizontal well fracturing technology is becoming an important manufacturing measures in relieving reservoir damage, and in developing reservoir of low permeability with great efficiency. Based on the horizontal well fracturing process and the effect of factors concerning fracturing research, the level of short horizontal well fracturing is relatively simple and has been quite mature, while long horizontal well fracturing pressure must be taken cracking way to ensure the success of fracturing and fracturing effect. Sub-horizontal fracturing technology is the key tools and the technology of staged fracturing and multi-string packer, a multi-stage fracturing technology and supporting tools for the reservoir to help construction safety and improve the fracture. Owing to the limits of the general length of the crack pressure, hydraulic fracturing technology as complementary tools for jet limit, is more suitable for thin sub-horizontal fracturing, while shooting thick horizontal blowout fracture, the relevant tools need improvement. In addition, the chances for success is also affected by fracturing the rock mechanical properties, stress, shaft stress fracture initiation, elongation, fracture design advantages and disadvantages and other factors.
